Johan Kurkela – The Chef

Executive Chef Johan Kurkela, a rising star in the global culinary scene having represented Finland in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or, has created an elegant menu reflecting his mastery of fine dining. Leaning into his vast knowledge of French culinary techniques, the dishes are delicately balanced and served in a purist form to respect and enhance the ingredients. The experience is holistic, thoughtful and undeniably sensational.

LILJA – THE SPACE

Large arched windows filter natural light into the stylish, contemporary dining room as the distinctive Nordic luxury aesthetic of the hotel is interwoven throughout the restaurant. Walls adorned with artwork by celebrated Finnish artist Hanna Heino enrich this chic space and the secluded private dining room, Valley, is ideal for intimate events and special celebrations.
