• Two Pilates Classes at The Wellness Studio
These Pilates sessions focus on harmony between the body and mind. Under the guidance of a professional instructor, you will enjoy the well-being and energy that exercise brings during these classes. Held at the Wellness Studio inside the hotel’s exclusive and private Wellness Club, the sessions are suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience. The Pilates classes accommodate a maximum of 20 people.

Lilja offers healthy and delicious options for the perfect start to your day. You can choose your favourite Finnish and international breakfast delicacies from the delectable buffet or order à la carte dishes tailored to your preferences.

At the tranquil Maria Spa, you will have access to a traditional Finnish sauna and unique steam room, as well as a cold plunge, jacuzzi and relaxation pool to aid your post-workout recovery. During your visit, you can also unwind in the Atrium, a glass-roofed space with a fireplace and a beautiful fountain surrounded by daybeds. Please note that spa reservations must be made in advance.

Guests have access to the fully equipped gym, featuring state-of-the-art cardio and strength-training equipment, as well as recovery-enhancing amenities, including Recovery Boots and the Neurosonic lounge.
