Until 31 August 2025, our full-day meeting package is available at a special rate of €115 per person (regular price €125). By securing your August meetings in advance, you ensure a seamless start to the autumn season with plans in place and peace of mind to enjoy the summer months.
For private boardroom meetings or formal corporate gatherings, our elegant spaces provide the perfect setting with a selection of versatile venues including Valley, conveniently located next to Lilja for seamless business dining, the stately Maria Ballroom for grand occasions and impressive presentations or the spacious boardroom of the Maria Imperial Suite. Please note that the minimum number of participants for meetings is 6 for the Valley Cabinet and 25 for the Maria Ballroom.
Meetings at The Hotel Maria provide attentive service and seamless modern technology in an ambient and sophisticated atmosphere. Our spaces are available for eight hours, Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and 18:00 (excluding public holidays), and will be personalised according to the needs of your event.
