In order to be included in the Forbes Travel Guide, a strict and exacting criterion must be met, ensuring the guest experience is exceptional during their stay at a Forbes Travel Guide hotel.
An anonymous evaluation is conducted by professional inspectors who stay at the hotel as guests for multiple nights while evaluating the hotel based on over 900 objective standards. These standards cover all aspects of the hotel, from arrival and checking in, to reservations made throughout the hotel and the experience at the restaurants, spa and wellness club, as well as evening turndown service and evaluation of the room or suite and, of course, the checking out and departure. The standards reach beyond the aesthetics and hone into the feeling the stay leaves the guest with. To stand among the best in the Nordics, alongside legendary names like Copenhagen’s d’Angleterre, is an incredible achievement in only the first year since our grand opening.
