Terms & Conditions
Campaign rate cannot be offered to new dates outside of campaign stay dates. Discount is not applicable to third-party bookings and cannot be applied to existing reservations. Discount cannot be combined with other promotions, campaigns, or customer loyalty program benefits. The Hotel Maria reserves the right to limit campaign rooms and stay dates. Guarantee policy
A non-refundable 100% prepayment is required at the time of booking. The payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. We do not hold reservations without a pre-payment.
Cancellation policy
Reservation cannot be cancelled or modified. Arrival date can be changed once, if the change is made at least 7 days before the original arrival date and within the rate stay period. A non-refundable 100% prepayment is required at the time of booking. In case of a no-show or cancellation, prepayment will not be refunded.
